Stratford Middle Years School

Stratford Middle Years School

Factory163 was lucky enough to host the Stratford Middle Years School while they created, rehearsed and then performed “The Wizard of Oz.” Stratford Middle Years is a private school in Stratford that prides itself on providing a complete, well-rounded education. A well-rounded education includes the arts and Stratford Middle Years encourages creativity out of all of their students.

Stratford Middle Years School was the first group to use the Factory’s new White Box. This space provided the school with an area to create the set and costumes for their performance, as well as produce promotional posters and artwork.

When they were ready the group moved into the South Gallery to rehearse their show. Daily rehearsals and hard work paid off in spades when the students performed their final show. Three shows over the course of two days allowed the students to truly shine as they brought their show to life in front of family and friends.
