With our original early industrial wooden floors, windows, and original beams as your canvas, the space will be yours to transform! Supply your own technical artists and equipment bringing the nuance of light and sound to your event or, ask our staff to refer a Factory163 preferred technician with their own rates, equipment, and unmatched knowledge of the space.
All additional supplies and services are the responsibility of the event host.
