Factory163 Studios and Offices offer a variety of options because we know that creativity and entrepreneurship take on many forms, sizes, and requirements. Our Collective Studio Spaces, MakerSpace warehouse studios, and Premium Office spaces each offer something different so we can make creative homes for all paths of inspiration. All our Resident Members have access to their studio spaces 24/7, have access to the Members-only studio spaces, and receive additional opportunities and sponsorship on shared spaces.
