CoCreation Members are the lifeblood of the factory163 community. They are individuals who use space and facilities at Factory163 to further their creative and enterprising ideas. Our vision is to support all types of creative ventures and CoCreation Membership is the gateway to this vision.

Included with Membership:

Regular use of facilities
Access during open hours or through prior booking arrangements
Access to Member-only spaces
Access to Member amenities
Member discount on facilities and services
Annual Membership fee

Resident Members are the foundation for holding space at Factory163, and the heart-beat of our creative community. They are individuals and organizations with a fixed permanent workspace at Factory163, including artist & production studios, independent professional offices, and start-up venture tenants.

 CoCreation Member with dedicated studio space
24hour facility access
Additional discount on facilities and services

Partner Members are organizations whose mission or project mandate is aligned with Factoriy163 vision and values.They use facilities within Factory163, and/or support Factory163development and activities which inspire and expand community and creativity

Included with Membership:

 Annual minimum financial impact of $2000
Relationship details are specific and unique to each organization

Supporting Members are individuals and organizations who sponsor Factory163 through financial contributions to develop our community in the following ways:
