Factory163 is a private facility serving Creative Professionals and facilitating creativity. Our wedding program has evolved from the interest of couples like you and we now offer a select number of weddings annually. With access to professional creative resources, our packages are designed to assist you in expressing your love for each other in a space as unique and inspired as your love.


 


 

We Currently Offer Two Wedding Packages

Both wedding packages extend over a 3 day period, beginning at noon the day before your celebration, and concluding at noon the day after.  

 

DIY WEDDING PACKAGE

This is your gig and you call the shots! Produce your wedding in your own way using resources and suppliers of your choosing. With this package, you get 3 production meetings where we discuss your plans and help you in your planning process. Create the wedding celebration of your dreams!

 

 

Venue Fee $7500*+HST

Recommended Budget Starting at $25,000

CUSTOM WEDDING PACKAGE

You are the Director! Work with our team and engage in the creative process. Our Coordination, Design, and Vendor Partners will work with you and your vision to create a wedding reflecting the love you have for each other, and a unique style that matches your personalities. Our Custom Weddings will give you peace of mind that every detail is being looked after.

 

Venue Fee $7500*+HST

Recommended Budget Starting at $50,000

Both packages also include:

Exclusive use of 8000 sq ft event space for up to 180 guests

Free overnight parking

Lounge furniture as available

3x 6′ tables, 1x 8′ table, 2x buffet tables

Dance floor, staging, partitions

Metal and wooden grids for display

Flexibility with catering

No mark-up on alcohol

Bar fridge & drink bins

Large screen 9’x16′ for projection

Standard Lighting of Head Table and Ceremony Stage

Site Coordination with suppliers

Site supervisor on-hand during your event

rental space, it does NOT have a full kitchen at this time.

Factory163 has a mission towards earth-friendly choices, we ask all our couples to produce their weddings keeping this in mind. Disposable dishware and glassware are not prohibited and we ask that you avoid using disposable products for your event where possible.
